This week I would like to highlight the site Template Monster.

This is a site primarily aimed at individuals and companies wishing to purchase a template and its very much an e-commerce site. However the great thing about this site is that anyone can browse through their catalogue and learn from their great designs for free! They have a vast range of web sites, flash sites, flash intros, logos and icons and you can search by specific categories to help narrow down the process. Most of the sites are extremely commercial but all are slick and as a newcomer to web design- they are a definitely worth checking out.
