Bournemouth Bay Run 2007

Thanks to everyone who sponsored me. I managed to run the 10k in 1hour 15seconds! I have added somed photos of the race to my Flickr account- see below right for more. You can also watch the video of the start on YouTube Now I am off for some well deserved kip!
